iNeeder is an Ipswich (UK) based
Company
iNeeder was founded in 2008 after many
years in planning.
We wanted iNeeder to be simple to use but
informative, combining a Search page for customers as well as giving traders
there own individual Space to personalize their domain; this was to prove very
difficult at the time of the idea’s inception.
Our idea was to offer a web-based
directory with a user editable interface, along with a web address similar to:
http://www.web21k.com
Where the user can send customers directly
to their domain, without the need of a search engine or home page of any kind,
unfortunately this technology was limited at this time; we could only offer the
following type of address:
http://www.ineeder.com/web21k
This seemed a little impersonal, now after
teaming up with Web 21k we can now offer web addresses such as:
http://web21k.ineeder.com
As you see this has a much more personal
feel which would not look out of place on your stationary or your vehicle.
The next stage was to purchase the
necessary domains; this was made very easy with the help of
Web 21k.
Once the Domains were acquired we set to
writing the outline for the site.
